Welcome to the jungle of jiggle! Before you dive paw-first into your slime, please read these quick policies. They help keep things smooth, stretchy, and drama-free. 💅
😼 SERVICE POLICY
We at Sassy Kat Slimes reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, anytime, for any reason — no hiss-terics needed.
🚫 SAFETY FIRST (DON’T EAT THE SLIME!)
We shouldn’t have to say this, but…
SLIME. IS. NOT. FOOD. 🍬🚫
Do NOT eat, taste, or share it with your pets or tiny humans who think everything’s a snack.
Sassy Kat Slimes is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or mishaps caused by misuse. Play smart, not messy. 🧤
💕 RESTOCK INFO
When’s restock day?
We like to chase laser dots or take mini breaks. We restock when we feel like it, not having a set date keeps people on their toes

📦 SHIPPING & ORDER INFO
What’s in my package?
Your order will include: Your fabulous slime(s), a slime care card + activator solution
🧪 To make your own activator: dissolve 1 tsp borax in 1 cup warm water, then slowly add it to your slime while kneading until it hits that chef’s kiss texture.
When will my order ship?
Processing time: 3-5 business days, plus transit time (dependent on carrier and chosen priority).
Once shipped, you’ll get tracking info via email.
After it’s in USPS/UPS/DHL paws, it’s out of ours. We can’t issue refunds for lost or damaged packages, but we’ll always help you try to track it down. 🕵️♀️
Tracking says “Delivered,” but nothing’s here!
Check with your neighbors, front desk, or post office first — your package might be hiding. 🐾
If it’s still MIA, file a Missing Mail Request with the chosen carrier.
If international, you are responsible for tariffs + other fees.
Duplicate order?
Oops! Email us IMMEDIATELY — if it hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it.
If it has shipped, you can return it for store credit minus a 55% restocking fee per slime (to cover product loss and packaging).
Wrong address?
Email us IMMEDIATELY before it ships!
If your order goes to the wrong place because of a typo on your end - or because you did not notify us when your order was placed, you are responsible for the loss or any additional fees for package intercept. (sorry 🐱).
🔥 Melty Mail Warning
Slimes can melt or get sticky during shipping — it’s totally normal!
A little heat + a lot of science = gooey goodness that just needs a quick fix.
Please e-meow us at support@sassykatslimes.com if you have questions on how to revive your melted or sticky slime. We promise it’s easier than herding cats and would be more than happy to walk you through it. 🐈⬛
💸 REFUNDS & ORDER ISSUES
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Sorry, sweet whiskers — all sales are final.
But if there’s an issue, e-meow support@sassykatslimes.com and we’ll help make things right. 💖
Damaged, stolen, or leaky slimes:
We pack everything carefully, but postal gremlins happen. File a claim with your local carrier, then contact us for next steps.
Unauthorized purchases:
If you’re under 18, you need a parent’s permission.
Parents — if your little slime kitten used your card without asking, e-meow support@sassykatslimes.com immediately for help (before it ships).
Order never arrived & it’s been 2+ weeks:
If you ghosted us for more than two weeks after shipment, we can’t replace or refund it.
Once tracking says “Delivered,” our job is done. 🐾
🐈 SALE ITEMS
Sale slimes might arrive a little under-activated — that’s normal!

🌈 INGREDIENTS
All Sassy Kat Slimes are made with love, glitter, and premium ingredients like:
✨ PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) glue
✨ Borax powder
✨ Glycerin and unscented baby oil
✨ Clay
✨ Unscented Lotion (does not contain coconut)
✨ Skin-safe fragrance oils
✨ Skin-safe pigments & glitters
If you have allergies or sensitivities, skip the slime — your safety comes first!
Stop using immediately if irritation occurs.

⏳ SLIME CARE & LONGEVITY
Treat your slime like a pet — it needs gentle care and attention!
Care Tips:
Always wash & dry your paws before and after playtime. 🧼
Store in an airtight container and not in direct sunlight.
Play on a clean surface.
For butter/cloud slimes: add lotion or glycerin if it feels stiff.
For clear/jelly/icee slimes: add clear glue or glycerin to re-stretch it.
If it melts or stiffens over time — totally normal!
To fix melted/sticky slime:
Mix 1 tsp borax + 1 cup warm water.
Add a few drops at a time, kneading between each addition.
Stop when it’s non sticky. (be careful not to over activate as it could make your slime rippy or hard) 🐈
🧁 CLAY SLIMES
Clay dries out naturally — don’t panic!
Seal it in a container with a damp paper towel for a day or two to re-soften it. Easy peasy.
🚫 RESELLING POLICY
No copycats, please! 😼
Reselling Sassy Kat Slimes products is allowed, but may not be sanitary and is not recommended.
We can’t guarantee sanitation, quality or safety if bought from anyone other than SassyKatSlimes.com.
